Quick weekend pizza grilling idea.

Yes, you read this correctly - pizza on the charcoal grill.  I actually do frozen pizza on a charcoal grill.  Basically, your charcoal grill is an oven.  I fire up the coals and push them asside for indirect cooking.  I have my temperature on the grill set at 350 to 400 degrees.  Grill time for the frozen pizza is the same cook time as your conventional oven inside.  You will get a nice smokey taste to your pizza.  I always add extra cheese, and maybe mushrooms, more beef etc...  These cooking instructions  state you should thaw out the pizza, but I've never had an issue going from frozen right to the grill.
