What's It's Like To Be Out-of-Shape at the Gym

If you've taken some time off from the gym (and who hasn't at some point) getting back INTO it is one of the toughest things.  I always say, dedicate yourself for two weeks and then it gets a lot easier.  Anyway, for those of us who have been in this position, here is a video I think you'll enjoy... :)
