SHAKOPEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Jamie Sames, the suspect in the assault at the Fox River Mall, appeared in a Minnesota court Thursday morning. During the hearing Sames did not waive extradition to Wisconsin, so he stays in Minnesota. He's being held without bail. Sames faces two counts for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl outside the Grand Chute Target store last week. He is scheduled to return to court March 26.
