BLOOMFIELD, Ind. (WIBQ)-A Linton woman who was acquitted in a high profile case last year is back in jail, this time facing drug charges.

Four years ago, 22-year-old Ali Eichhorst was driving a car when she got into an accident that killed her sister. The state argued she was intoxicated, but a jury found her not guilty.

Now the Greene County Daily World reports Eichhorst has been arrested on drug activity within one-thousand feet of a school.

Police also arrested Paul and Jessica Page of Linton. All face a variety of drug-related charges.
