(Detroit, MI)  --  The lines of people just kept coming, filing through Comerica Park in Detroit from 7 a.m. Thursday until midnight as fans paid their respects to late Detroit Tigers broadcaster Ernie Harwell.  The casket with the 92-year-old's body inside lay open next to his statue near the opening gates to the ballpark.  Tigers General Manager Dave Dombrowski greeted nearly every fan who was in line from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. yesterday.  Some fans arrived Wednesday night so they could get into the ballpark at the start.  The Tigers will honor Harwell on Monday, with his longtime broadcast partner Paul Carey throwing out the first pitch.
