BERLIN, Wis. (WTAQ) - Tactical officers found a man dead at a house in Berlin, about three-and-a-half hours after a woman was shot and wounded there.
Green Lake County sheriff’s deputies were called to the home about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. A 50-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound, and was in good condition at last word at a Neenah hospital.
In the meantime, a SWAT team was trying to make contact with the man. They finally entered the house around 9:15 p.m. and found him dead. Media reports said the two had moved there just recently. Berlin Police are still investigating.
