BUFFALO, NEW YORK -- Another Enbridge Pipeline, this one in New York State, has been shut down as a precaution after oil was found by a crew digging sewer lines nearby. They exposed the 12-inch oil line and found about a gallon of oil outside the pipe in a suburb of Buffalo, New York. They are investigating the low level leak before it grows into something larger.

The 91 mile long pipeline runs from Ontario to New York.
