(St. Paul, MN)  --  The medical examiner has confirmed the identify of a man killed during a confrontation with police last week in Little Falls.  Investigators say 37-year-old Patrick Jeske of Little Falls died of blood loss from multiple gunshot wounds -- none of which was self-inflicted. Last Thursday, deputies received a call that Jeske was suicidal and had a gun.  When confronted, they say Jeske refused to drop a shotgun, and officers opened fire.  Jeske died at the scene.  The Morrison County attorney will review the case.
