BLANCHARDVILLE, Wis (WSAUO A dairy farmer from southern Wisconsin is one of 25 finalists for the title of “America’s Hottest Husband.” Jason Gruenenfelder of Blanchardville was nominated by his wife Kris, and Redbook magazine chose him from among thousands of entries for a final on-line vote. The winner gets an all-expenses-paid trip for two to a resort in the Caribbean.
The 26-year-old Gruenenfelder says he’d be the last one to consider himself a “hot” husband – especially because he spends most of his time in work clothes tending to his cows. But Kris says Jason is passionate about what he does, and he’s a great role model. Gruenenfelder says he’s flattered to be one of the finalists. He’s wearing farm clothes in his contest picture while other guys are in suits, or they’re shirtless. Kris says her husband is a sensitive man, and she really hopes people will vote for him.
