FREMONT, WI (WSAU) -  A Poy Sippi man was arrested after crashing his car while intoxicated in Waupaca County. 48-year-old Glenn P. Benz is facing his 5th offense OWI charge. The crash happened at Highway 49 and Desert Road, southwest of Fremont Monday evening at 6:49 p.m. The crash remains under investigation by the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department. Wisconsin State Patrol assisted at the scene.
