CALHOUN COUNTY (WKZO) -- A rookie firefighter on the Tekonsha Township Fire Department is expected to be formally charged with arson, along with another teen from Takonsha.
Firefighter Dillon Eaton, 18, has been arrested for allegedly setting fire to a pair of vacant homes, one right across the street from his own address. Sergio Ulleg, 19, has been implicated in one of the fires.
Investigators claim that both men have confessed. The home at 397 E. Canal burned on January 26th. Two days later, the home at480 E. Jackson Street burned.
Flammable liquids were used to start both fires.
