SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) - A juvenile charged with killing his great-grandmother last month will undergo a competency exam.
A Sheboygan County judge ruled Monday that 13-year-old Antonio Barbeau will have that competency hearing November 2nd.
Barbeau allegedly killed Barbara Olson at her Sheboygan Falls home. Police say he and his friend Nathan Paape, who is also charged, used a hatchet and a hammer to kill her.
Also on November 2nd, Paape is due back in court.
