APPLETON, WI  (WSAU)  -  A Menasha man was arrested over the weekend for driving under the influence of alcohol for the eighth time Sunday afternoon.48-year-old Patrick T. Fox was picked up by State Patrol troopers after another motorist called 9-1-1 to report a reckless driver.  Fox was stopped for speeding on eastbound highway 10 near the highway 45 interchange in Winnebago County.  After Fox was stopped, officers noticed he was intoxicated, had open alcoholic beverages in the car, and learned he was violating the terms of his probation and parole from a prior conviction.  Winnebago County deputies transported Fox to jail, where he remains awaiting a court appearance.
