MEDFORD, WI (WSAU) - An Abrams Wisconsin man will spend the next two years in the state prison after driving drunk for the sixth time. 53-year-old Robert Migel was found passed out in his vehicle at a Medford gas station in July of last year. District Attorney Karl Kelz says Migel placed himself and others in danger by operating with a blood alcohol level of point-264. Migel gets credit for 80 days already served in jail. He will also be on extended supervision for two more years when he gets out.
Migel will have to serve his sentences consecutive to another jail term he is already serving.
