Pearl Jam and Nine Inch Nails have been confirmed as the headliners for this year's edition of the annual Voodoo Music Experience, scheduled to take place November 1-3 at City Park’s Festival Grounds in New Orleans, Louisiana.
"New Orleans is one of the most musically and culturally rich cities in the world,” says Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready in a statement. “We've played some of our most memorable shows there and can't wait to return this November.” Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor adds, “Recently I haven't spent nearly enough time in my favorite city in the world and I'm happy to announce I'm bringing Nine Inch Nails to New Orleans for Voodoo.”
The three-day extravaganza also will include performances by Paramore , The Gaslight Anthem , How to Destroy Angels and Alkaline Trio , among many others. The complete Voodoo festival lineup will be revealed in the ensuing months.
