MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) Milwaukee Bucks’ forward Luc Richard Mbah a Moute says the team needs to install a fresh system next season, with a fresh outlook from the coaching staff.
The players cleaned out their lockers yesterday, after being swept by Miami in the first round of the playoffs. Mbah a Moute said hardly anything changed after former coach Scott Skiles left in early January. He said Jim Boylan used the same plays, and as Mbah a Moute put it – “It would be good to be looking for something else … It needs to be something fresh.”
Mbah a Moute, a native of Cameroon, said this year’s team was the most talented in his five years with Milwaukee. He said the Bucks played well at times, but they could never be consistent.
Mbah a Moute is among those under contract for next season. Several players have uncertain futures, as does coach Boylan.
