WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) - Wausau police captured a man that’s been on the run for two weeks. 23-year-old Pao Ge Vang is charged with theft, battery, making threats to injure, and criminal damage to property. He is also charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping.
Vang is accused of smashing a car window and pulling a female from the vehicle, dragging her by the hair July 31st on Wausau’s south 7th Avenue.
This is not Vang’s only legal case. He also faces several charges related to the manufacture and sale of methamphetamines. Vang also has past drug and weapons convictions.
A preliminary hearing on the new charges is scheduled for August 21st. Vang could spend over 22 years in prison if convicted.
