MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) - A Fond du Lac home is heavily damaged after a fire Friday.
Crews were called to the scene at Second Street and Park Avenue around 2 p.m.
Smoke and flames were seen at the roof line.
No one was hurt and the cause remains under investigation. Officials did say that heating work was being done prior to the blaze.
