Alice in Chains , Limp Bizkit and Lynyrd Skynyrd have signed on to headline the third annual Welcome to Rockville festival, which will be held April 27-28 at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, FL. 3 Doors Down , Shinedown , Stone Sour and Papa Roach are also on the bill, along with Disturbed frontman David Draiman ’s new side project, Device .
