UNDATED, WI (WTAQ) - Wisconsin’s attorney general has been elected president of his national association.

J.B. Van Hollen will serve a one-year term as the head of the Association of Attorneys General.

The group conducts policy research, conducts training, and helps state justice agencies coordinate their handling of various state-and-federal issues.

Van Hollen spent the last year as the group’s president-elect, and was vice president for a year before that.
