RHINELANDER, Wis. (WSAU) -- Three men and a woman have been arrested after a drug investigation in Oneida County. Sheriff’s Department investigators say they executed a search warrant at a Town of Pine Lake home north of Rhinelander earlier this week, and found methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia.
38-year-old Gerry Frederick, 55-year-old Thomas Franz, 40-year-old Scott Dumpprope, and 46-year-old Carrie Steinmetz are expected in court Thursday for initial court appearances. They are charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies say the anticipate several additional arrests to take place because of this investigation.
Further details about the case have not been released, since the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are likely.
The Northcentral Drug Enforcement Group Task Force conducted the investigation and arrests. This group includes officers from the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, the Rhinelander Police Department, the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Oneida County District Attorney's Office.
