WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- It's time to get back to the blues at Fern Island Park in Wausau as the Big Bull Falls Blues Fest returns this weekend.
It's the annual blues extravaganza with Wausau Events, and marketing coordinator Kasey Taube says they've got an excellent lineup this year. "We have a great headliner on Friday, that's the Jimmys. Saturday our headliners are John Nemeth and the Royal Southern Brotherhood. Devin Almond, Greg Almond's son is in Royal Southern Brotherhood."
The party starts tonight, and Taube says they'll have plenty going on and everything you need to enjoy the event. "Merchandise vendors, beer tents, we have other blues societies setting up tents down there, so it's just going to be a great weekend of blues." You will want to get out early, though. "No carry ins, but they can bring their own chairs if they want to set up their chairs and hang out. Besides that, just come and have a great time."
