NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (WSAU) -- A global photo exhibit 29 years in the making is premiering at The Highground Veterans Memorial Park this week, and exhibit coordinator June Berg says renowned L.A. based photojournalist Marissa Roth will be on hand this Saturday to discuss her exhibit entitled “One Person Crying”. Berg says, “Her exhibit is about the total effects of war on women. Not just our service women, but all women that are involved.” The exhibit includes more than 90 photos covering World War II through the War in Afghanistan; and even though it deals with war it’s a very “family friendly” exhibit. Photojournalist Marissa Roth will be on hand from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday to discuss her exhibit, which will be on display until September 4th in The Highground Learning Center. The Highground is located just west of Neillsville on Highway 10.
