SCHOFIELD, Wis. (WSAU) --
A major Wausau area manufacturer will undertake two major building projects starting later this year. Greenheck Fan will remodel and expand their Product Center, which showcases their product lines. That facility has already been through a renovation in their lobby, offices, training center, and hospitality areas.
Sales and Marketing President Tim Kilgore says this project will improve the product display area, and enhance customer focus on their quality of products, value, and ease of installation. The Product Center will also be renamed the Bernard A. Greenheck Education Center when completed.
The other project is a new Robert C. Greenheck Innovation Center. This will be a new 69,000 square foot research and development facility. This will replace their present research and development facility, and will also improve collaboration with several other Greenheck divisions. The new facility will feature state-of-the-art labs and dedicated space for prototyping and developing the manufacturing process. This new building will also include office and meeting space to support anticipated employee growth.
