ABBOTSFORD, Wis. (WSAU) -- A former Abbotsford school teacher charged with sexually assaulting former high school students is now a fugitive.
26-year-old Andy Follen is already facing five sexual assault charges for having inappropriate relations with two students. Now, Follen has a bench warrant issued for his arrest on new charges and law enforcement hasn’t been able to locate him yet.
Follen allegedly violated his bond conditions by contacting one of the victims, having her sign up for an online game that has instant messaging built into the game. The complaint says Follen planned to deny some of the charges and hoped she would help him.
Once found, Follen is likely to forfeit his $2,500 cash bond and be charged with two counts of bail jumping and intimidating a victim.
As of early Tuesday morning, Clark County Sheriff’s deputies confirm that neither they or other Wisconsin counties have Follen in custody.
Anyone that knows where Andy Fallen is should call their nearest law enforcement agency.
