UNDATED (WSAU-WRN) Wisconsin county health rankings are out. The rankings are a joint project of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, where Karen Timberlake is director. She says the rankings look at both health outcomes - how people are feeling now, along with health factors - which are health behaviors and resources
Once again this year, Ozaukee County is first among the state's 72 counties, and Menominee is last.
In Central Wisconsin, Marathon County ranked 24th in health outcomes.
Portage County ranked highest in Central Wisconsin in 3rd place. Wood County ranked 18th. Lincoln County ranked 58th. Clark was 28th. Shawano was 60th. Oneida was 50th. Waupaca was 47th.
