Tommy Lee thinks rapper Travis Scott is ripping him off.

The Motley Crue drummer is accusing -- or, should we say, accruesing -- Scott of copying his 360-degree and "Cruecifly" drum roller coasters.

On his Instagram , Lee posted footage of Scott using similar designs to both apparatuses side-by-side with video of his own drum-coasters.

"Just found out this f***ing idiot @travisscott or someone on his team ripped off the 360 AND The Cruecifly! WTF!! Get an original idea bro," Lee wrote in the caption.

"I get copying is a form of flattery, but this is just straight ripping off my s***," the drummer added .

Lee had been using the 360-degree coaster since at least 2011 , while he debuted the Cruecifly during the Crue's 2014-2015 farewell tour.

Lee also tweeted to Scott that he should "lawyer up."

Scott is currently on tour behind his new album, Astroworld , which has a whole amusement park vibe. His coasters certainly look similar to Lee's although he's just rapping as he rides them, not drumming.

If Scott really wanted to copy Lee, he should have had the roller coaster get stuck in the middle of the show.
