Here's what you'll need:
For the burgers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp Dale's Sauce*
- 2 gloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Pepperjack Cheese
- Buns
For the Avocado Mayo
- 1 avocado, halved
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
Combine the turkey, Dale's sauce, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper; and form into 3-4 patties.
Mix 1/2 avocado, mayo and lime juice, set aside.
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill burgers 3-4 minutes per side. When burgers have reached 165, top with cheese and grill for another 60 seconds to let the cheese melt.
Assemble the burgers. Bottom bun, lettuce, burger, avocado mayo, tortilla straws, top bun.
*Dale's sauce is a Worcestershire type sauce. If you can't find or don't have it, you can use Worcestershire instead... but Dale's is better.
