New Wisconsin Rapids Bully Law Would Fine Parents Of Harassing Kids

Getting fined for bullying? You might it think sounds outrageous but it could become an ordiance in Wisconsin Rapids.

On June 18th, an anti bullying ordinance will be considered.  That means parents would end up having to pick up the tab on a $50 fine for their kids first offense along with additional costs that would push the total past $300.   Check out the full story below!
