Now you may ask yourself "What does the RIAA (music execs) have to do with Homeland Security?"

In short, NOTHING. They just use their strong-arm-bully-tactics to get politicians to sign off on it, and grease their pockets in return. Downloading a song from a P2P network is not terrorism...so why is the Dept. of Homeland Secutiry involved?
