HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WSAU) -- It’s possible former Packers quarterback Brett Favre will get another championship, but this time, there won’t be a ring or a Super Bowl.
Favre has been coaching high school ball as the offensive coordinator at Oak Grove High School not far from his Hattiesburg, Mississippi home. Oak Grove is trying to win its first ever state championship when they travel to Jackson to play Tupelo.
The former Packers QB enjoys coaching and being able to attend his daughter’s volleyball games. He said the only bad thing about the high school football success is that the playoffs are during deer season... and it’s cutting down his hunting time a little bit.
