MADISON, Wis. (WSAU) -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has introduced a mobile study aid for the commercial driver license (CDL) knowledge test.
A new mobile app allows drivers to use their smart phones to test themselves and stay up to date on basic commercial driver safety. The DMV notes that the app should not be used as a substitute for studying the recently updated Wisconsin Commercial Driver’s Manual.
The practice test includes 15 multiple choice questions with the feature to review your scores instantly and share them to social media sites. Users can retake the test as many times as needed and track their scores over time.
The app is available in the iTunes App Store under “WI DMV Commercial Driver Practice Test” and on Android at Google Play for no cost.
