UNDATED (WSAU) -- Expect additional new road construction projects to begin Monday in central Wisconsin.
Highway 10 in Portage County will have lane restrictions at Lake Emily Road near Amherst Junction starting Monday. Crews are installing an anti-skid coating to the bridge surface. Weather permitting, this project will be done by Thursday evening.
Highway 29 will have traffic reduced to a single lane in Shawano County between Highways 22 and 160 starting Tuesday. There are several routine bridge maintenance projects that workers will complete by the end of the week, weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to slow down and be extra alert for workers and equipment in these work zones.
