Members of Imagine Dragons took time out of their hectic tour schedule last week to hang out with sick kids.

While in Nashville on a tour stop the Dragons hooked up with Musicians on Call, an organization that arranges for artists to visit with hospitalized children. Together they paid a surprise visit to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, where the band signed autographs, posed for pictures, did a Q&A, chatted with kids and families and held an impromptu listening party with their debut album, Night Visions

Imagine Dragons were in Nashville for a sold-out show at the Bridgestone Arena. The band is winding down its U.S. tour with only a handful of dates left:

3/6 -- Worcester, MA, DCU Center
3/7 -- Camden, NJ, Susquehanna Bank Center
3/8 -- East Rutherford, NJ, IZOD Center
3/12 -- St. Paul, MN, Xcel Energy Center
3/13 -- Chicago, IL, Allstate Arena
3/15 -- Denver, CO, Pepsi Center
