WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- The man accused of shooting a firearm at trees while drunk Saturday was in court Monday.
22-year-old Patrick Polar had a bond hearing. The court set bond at $3,000 cash. He is charged with recklessly endangering safety, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, and operating a firearm while intoxicated.
Polar reportedly fired three rounds into trees in the 1700 block of Cherry Street in Wausau shortly before 10:00 p.m. Saturday.
Polar has not been able to post bond.
He will be back in court May 21st at 9:00 before Judge Jill Falstad.
