LA CROSSE, WI (WSAU) -- Police in La Crosse are asking for the public's help to find a new mother and her one-month-old child.
According to the Police Department's Facebook page, Tracy Cadogan hasn't been seen or heard from since early Saturday afternoon. Their primary concern is the health of her little one, who needs "critical medical attention."
Officials didn't specify what medical issues the infant has, and they also haven't given any indication about where they think Cadogan may have run off to.
