All That Remains to continue following death of guitarist Oli Herbert

All That Remains ' new album Victim of the New Disease , the band's final release to feature late guitarist Oli Herbert , is out today. Along with the album release, the Massachusetts metallers have offered on update on their future without Herbert.

In a statement, frontman Phil Labonte says that the band will continue on with their upcoming European tour with Sevendust , set to kick off December 1.

"Losing Oli has been a tremendous blow to the core of ATR," says Labonte. "But I know he wouldn't want anything other than for us to continue."

"He loved this record so much -- it's some of our best work," the vocalist adds of his late band mate. "We look forward to sharing the music with everyone -- seeing our fans from the stage. From where Oli loved most. It'll be cathartic. We'll need it to be."

Guitarist Jason Richardson , who's played with the bands All Shall Perish , Chelsea Grin and Born of Osiris , will fill in for Herbert on the tour.

Herbert died in October due to an unspecified accident at his home. He was 44.
