WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) -- Several federal agents were seen taking boxes from Zipperer Financial on Thursday afternoon in Wausau.
A spokesperson for the IRS confirmed to WAOW-TV that their officers were at the insurance agency on official business.
Zipperer works mainly in finding Medicare coverage plans for their clients. The company has an A+ standing with the Better Business Bureau and is a member of the Wausau Chamber of Commerce.
A neighbor said they have been at the Forest Street location for about two years.
