RHINELANDER, WI (WSAU) -- Drive-up COVID-19 testing will be held in Rhinelander on Tuesday.

The Wisconsin National Guard will set up at James Williams Middle School from 11 AM to 7 PM to allow anyone showing symptoms of the virus to be tested for free, as long as they are over the age of 5.

Testing is open to anyone who lives or works in Wisconsin. All they have to do is provide some basic information including proof of residency, address, and phone number.

A limited number of test kits will be available, and those who wish to be tested are asked to prepare for a possible wait when they arrive. Should the Guard run out of testing kits, they will close down the station.

Those who get tested will be asked to self isolate themselves at home until their results come back, which usually takes two days.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include sore throat, cough, fever or chills, congestion, and loss of taste or smell.
