UP THE IRONS!
Back in the day, I owned a copy of this show on VHS and watched the hell out of it.
Now, on Saturday, July 21st, you'll get to see it live as Iron Maiden recreates the classic "Maiden England" set at Rock Fest in Cadott!
Enjoy:

This is not a show for the well-adjusted.
Thanks again for listening this past Saturday night! It's your continued support that keeps this show on the air.
Another thank you to Martin Van Drunen of Asphyx for stopping by the show to share a few new tracks from their upcoming album, Deathhammer, due out 2/28/12. You can listen to the entire uncut interview in our Podcast page. Martin's a pretty funny dude, who calls it like he sees it. After listening to the Podcast, you're gonna want to have a beer with him. CLICK HERE TO LISTEN.
We have a couple of killer interviews coming your way over the new few weeks, including another a check-in from a band on the road to a gig near you, and one of the guys from the grandaddy of the industrial-metal sound.
Keep listening, telling your friends to listen and clicking that "Like" button on the Official Scary Terry's Saturday Nightmare Facebook Page, and we'll keep on keeping metal on in Central Wisconsin and world wide via our website stream.
I'm also on Twitter. Follow me, I'll follow you, and we'll follow each other around yet another social networking time-sink.
Alos, if you're one of the 7 people who actually uses Google+, I'm on there too.
In case you were looking for a list of what we played last Saturday so you can go LEGALLY download it, here you go.

Be Metal,
\m/ ST \m/

Earlier this week, we sat down with Martin Van Drunen, lead vocalist of Asphyx (not to mention lead vocalist of Pesitlence during the Consuming Impulse era), to talk about their upcoming album, Deathhammer, due out 2/28/12 on Century Media Records.
Martin and I covered topics including why pop singers are such pussies, the good side of a bad economy, and whether wooden shoes are the footwear of the future.
Needless to say, it was a pretty diverse interview. Enjoy!
Here's Part 1:
Here's Part 2:

Anybody else notice Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters wearing a Slayer T-shirt at the Grammys?
Thanks again for listening this past Saturday night! It's your support that keeps this show on the air.
This past weekend, we featured bands that swapped out lead singers and lived to tell the tale. While we didn't play EVERY group that pulled this off (sorry Dillinger Escape Plan), I think we gave you a competent, if not completely comprehensive, feature.
We have a couple of killer interviews coming your way over the new few weeks, including another death metal legend, and one of the guys from the grandaddy of the industrial-metal sound. Let the speculation begin.

Scary Terry's Saturday Nightmare playlist for 2/11/12
HOUR ONE
Lamb of God - "Ghost Walking" (New tune from their new album, Resolution. In other LoG news, their lead vocalist Randy Blythe has been issuing manifestos on how he will fix the country if he's elected president.)
Anthrax - "The Devil You Know" (Featuring Joey Belladonna on lead vocals.)
Anthrax - "Only" (Featuring John Bush on lead vocals.)
The Kandidate - "Total War" (If something's rotten in Denmark, it ain't these guys. Check out their new album, Facing the Imminent Prospect of Death.)
Pantera - "Strength Beyond Strength"
Death Angel - "Bored"
Sepultura - "Refuse/Resist" (Featuring Max Cavalera on lead vocals.)
Sepultura - "Apes of God" (Featureing Derrick Green on lead vocals.)
Static-X - "Destroyer" (My kids love this song because they think that Wayne Static is screaming "Destroy your dad!" in the chorus. This is why I sleep with one eye open.)
Iron Fire - "Enter Oblivion OJ-666" (Bands with high-pitched male lead singers usually don't grab me on the first listen. Good thing I gave these guys a second listen, because their new album is killer! It has this sci-fi/power metal vibe going on. Good stuff.)
Motorhead feat. Doro - "Killed By Death" (From their Live DVD, The World Is Ours, Vol. 1.)
Faith No More - "We Care A Lot" (Featuring Chuck Mosley on lead vocals.)
Faith No More - "From Out of Nowhere" (Featuring Mike Patton on lead vocals.)

Iron Maiden - "Fear of the Dark" (Featuring Bruce Dickenson on lead vocals.)
Slayer - "South of Heaven"
Dimmu Borgir - "Progenies of the Great Apocalypse"
Lacuna Coil - "Losing My Religion" (Congrats, Lacuna Coil. You got me to play an R.E.M. song during this show. I wouldn't press your luck with "Shiny Happy People" if I were you, though.)
Asking Alexandria - "Final Episode (Let's Change the Channel)"
Mastodon - "Curl of the Burl" (No Grammy for these fellas yesterday, but at least Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters repped for metal by wearing a Slayer shirt all night.)
