WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI (WSAU) -- Police in Wisconsin Rapids are working to locate a suspect in a recent string of break-ins at various businesses around town.
Officers say the suspect was caught on surveillance footage breaking into one business in a building on 8th Street South. The suspect made off with some cash, paperwork, and candy after smashing a glass door with a brick.

Police have identified the man and are working on locating him. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call either the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department or Wood County Crimestoppers. Reference incident number 18-24564 when calling.
