WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI (WSAU-WAOW) -- A former Pittsville bus driver was sentenced for a sexual assault on Monday.
WAOW-TV reports Scott Thiel, 46, has been sentenced to 8 years in prison with 6 years of extended supervision after his prison sentence.
Thiel began a relationship with a 14-year-old student in 2015 where he assaulted her at multiple locations.

Due to a plea bargain from August, Thiel is convicted for a charge of child enticement with sexual contact instead of a charge of sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children.
