MADISON, WI (WSAU) -- It's not tonight's billion-dollar Mega Millions drawing, but it's still a good chunk of change.
Richard Walsh of Schofield has been identified as the winner of the Wisconsin Lottery's Powerball Bonus Draw top prize of $250,000.
According to the Lottery, Walsh purchased the ticket at a Kwik Trip store in Weston because he needed to break a $20 bill.
The Powerball Bonus Draw game was an exclusive Wisconsin game that printed a separate set of numbers with each Powerball ticket purchased during the month of September. One of the numbers drawn won the $250,000 top prize, another one hundred numbers were drawn for a $1,000 second prize. You can check those numbers to see if you are a winner at the Wisconsin Lottery's website.
