TOWN OF PINE RIVER, WI (WSAU) -- The man who was injured in a crash on Thursday morning has passed away.
Harold Broderick from Marinette County has died as a result of injuries sustained in a crash on Highway 51. The crash remains under investigation.

A 70-year-old Marinette County man was injured in a crash that snarled traffic for 90 minutes Thursday morning in Lincoln County
Officers say the unidentified man was heading south on Highway 51 when his vehicle turned into another southbound vehicle in the adjacent lane.
The 70-year-old man was trapped in his vehicle and was extracted by firefighters at the scene. He was flown by MedEvac to Aspirus hospital and is considered to be in serious condition.
The passengers of the second vehicle, a 36-year-old Merrill man and his seven-year-old daughter, were not injured.
Officials say alcohol and speed were not factors in the crash. It is unclear why the man swerved into the other lane
Responding agencies included the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wisconsin State Patrol, Merrill Police Department, Lincoln County Highway Department, Merrill Fire Department and EMS and the Pine River Fire Department and First Responders.
