LE SEURE, MN (WSAU) -- This Valentine's Day even giants are looking for love.

The Jolly Green Giant statue that looks over the Minnesota River Valley in Blue Earth Minnesota now has a profile on dating website farmersonly.com.

His profile reads, "The first thing people notice about me is my height. As a Minnesota country boy though, I'm pretty grounded. I love to cook, travel, and laugh. I'm looking for someone to love me as much as I love my greens."

Other qualifications of the Giant include education at Harvest Business School, a body type like lettuce, he's shredded, and he's employed as the Chief Vegetable Officer. He's also known for being a, ""renowned philanthropist, marathon runner, and Guinness World Records™ title holder for creating the largest serving of green bean casserole."

The Jolly Green Giant's parent company B&G Foods is enjoying the joint promotion with the farmers dating site. According to a press release, "B&G Foods packaged vegetable brand Green Giant is celebrating Valentine's Day by partnering with dating site FarmersOnly.com to give farmers and vegetable lovers a week of free premium access."

The Green Giant has been featured in love related promotions before. Back in the 1960s the band The Kingsmen scored a Billboard Hot 100 hit, rising all the way to #4 with a song titled "The Jolly Green Giant", about his love life.

Advertising Age listed the Jolly Green Giant as the third most recognizable advertising icon of the 20th Century, with only the Marlboro Man and Ronald McDonald ahead of him in recognizability.
