Green Chili Sauce

Pairs great with the beer marinated steak recipe posted earlier.

Here's what you'll need: 

  • 1 large green pepper 
  • 1 poblano chili 
  • 1 jalapeno chili 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1 cup fresh rough chopped cilantro 
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice 
  • 1 tsp kosher salt 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 

Roast the green pepper and poblano pepper on the grill on direct heat until well blistered. Remove from heat, place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside for 15-20 minutes. Then, remove the skin, seeds and stems, and rough chop. 

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined and chopped. 

Serve with the Beer Marinated steaks.
