It may be the most wonderful time of the year, but not for Ozzy Osbourne . Apparently the Prince of Darkness is not a big fan of the holiday season.

"I have been saying forever, f*** Christmas, I hate it!," Osbourne says . "It's for shopaholics and kids. And so I've always wanted to work through Christmas."

Luckily for the Black Sabbath frontman, he'll be doing just that as he prepares to headline this year's Ozzfest, held on New Year's Eve in Los Angeles. The lineup also includes Rob Zombie , Marilyn Manson and Korn' s Jonathan Davis , among others.

"It's kind of the all-stars of Ozzfest," Ozzy says of the lineup. "I wanna give [the crowd] a great show, I wanna have fun! I'm bringing in the New Year with a big bang."
