Coldplay fans not satisfied with the band's A Head Full of Dreams documentary, live album and concert film can do one better.
On December 7, the same day that Coldplay's live album and concert film are released, Chris Martin and company are also dropping the deluxe Butterfly Package , featuring the documentary, the concert film Live in Sao Paolo and the album, Live in Buenos Aires .
The Butterfly bundle comes either as 2 CDs/2 DVDs, or in a triple vinyl/double DVD set. Both options are cloaked in some cool-looking gold packaging, though truthfully, vinyl come out ahead in the "slick" department.
Live in Buenos Aires , was recorded in the Argentine capital on November 15, 2017, the final date on Coldplay's extensive world tour behind their most recent studio effort, 2015's A Head Full of Dreams . Live in Sao Paulo , was shot a week earlier.
The Live in Buenos Aires recording of "Viva La Vida" is available now for digital download, while you can watch the Live in Sao Paulo performance of that 2008 hit now on YouTube .
A Head Full of Dreams is now available to stream from Amazon prime video .
Also, to hold you over, Coldplay has just tweeted a special animated clip of "Adventure of a Lifetime."
