WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -- A Colorado man was sentenced to 90 days in the Marathon County Jail for making bomb threats to an Eastbay employee.

Joshua Raymond Martinez entered a no contest plea on Wednesday to one felony count of bomb scares. Another count of making terrorist threats was dismissed but read in.

The charges stem from an incident in which Martinez attempted to order a pair of Michael Jordan sneakers from Eastbay under a different name. A company that handles fraud assessments for Eastbay flagged the order as suspicious, and it was later canceled.

After receiving notification of the canceled order, Martinez responded with an expletive-laden message saying a bomb would blow up if the order wasn't processed.

Eastbay officials then tipped off Police in Denver about the incident, who later took Martinez into custody. He reportedly told officers he was frustrated over the order and just wanted to scare the employees.

A judge gave Martinez credit for 68 days already served and also ordered him to pay court costs. Martinez had originally entered a not guilty plea on the charges in early September.
