PORT WASHINGTON, WI (WTAQ) - A Grafton man has been found guilty of reckless homicide for driving his daughter to buy the heroin that killed her.

On Wednesday, jurors deliberated for less than half-an-hour before convicting the father, 60-year-old Terry Hibbard.

He drove his 32-year-old daughter Taralyn Hibbard to Milwaukee in July 2017 to purchase $60 of heroin, according to the complaint.

Hibbard will be sentenced on December 13 and faces up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.

Davian Poe, the dealer of heroin, was sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree reckless homicide in February.
